This is a redirect gateway with no stored payment method, so a renewal cannot be charged without the customer present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>PHP 8.2 or higher<\/li>\n<li>WordPress 6.5 or higher<\/li>\n<li>WooCommerce 8.0 or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External Services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the PAYGATE payment platform, operated by EBE Payment at ebepayment.com. That connection is what the plugin is for: PAYGATE hosts the page where your customer enters their card details, and it is PAYGATE that takes the payment. The plugin cannot function without it.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>When data is sent.<\/strong> Once, at the moment a customer places an order and selects PAYGATE as the payment method. Nothing is transmitted while a visitor is merely browsing your store, and nothing is transmitted in the background on a schedule.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What is sent.<\/strong> For each payment, the plugin sends to <code>https:\/\/api.ebepayment.com<\/code>:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the customer's first and last name, as entered in the billing details<\/li>\n<li>the customer's billing email address<\/li>\n<li>the customer's billing phone number<\/li>\n<li>the order total and its currency<\/li>\n<li>a reference number generated by the plugin for that payment attempt<\/li>\n<li>your store's webhook and return URLs, so PAYGATE can report the result<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>What comes back.<\/strong> PAYGATE returns a payment page URL, and afterwards notifies your store of the result \u2014 the payment status, its transaction ID, the amount and the time it was paid. No card number, expiry date or security code is ever sent to, stored by, or passed through your store.<\/p>\n\n<p>Your use of this service is governed by PAYGATE's own terms and privacy policy. EBE PAYGATE Checkout for WooCommerce is fully compatible with the WooCommerce Cart &amp; Checkout Blocks introduced in WooCommerce 8.3+.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20if%20the%20payment%20webhook%20is%20delayed%3F\"><h3>What happens if the payment webhook is delayed?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The plugin includes a return URL handler that correctly routes customers regardless of whether the webhook has arrived. Separately, an hourly job looks for payments that PAYGATE reported as <em>pending<\/em> and then never confirmed; after 30 minutes those orders are moved to on-hold with a note so you can check them against the PAYGATE dashboard.<\/p>\n\n<p>Orders where the customer simply never completed payment are deliberately left alone \u2014 moving them would reserve your stock for an abandoned checkout. Use WooCommerce's own \"Hold stock (minutes)\" setting under WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Products \u2192 Inventory to cancel those.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20do%20i%20check%20the%20integration%20is%20working%3F\"><h3>How do I check the integration is working?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Go to <strong>WooCommerce \u2192 Status \u2192 System status<\/strong> and find the \"EBE PAYGATE Checkout for WooCommerce\" panel. It shows whether your secret key is saved, the webhook URL PAYGATE is being given, when a verified webhook last arrived, and whether recent API calls have failed. If \"Webhook received\" says <em>Never<\/em>, PAYGATE cannot reach your store and no order will ever be marked paid.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20hpos%20%28high-performance%20order%20storage%29%20supported%3F\"><h3>Is HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) supported?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes.
