The plugin interface is in Spanish.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Invoices on payment.<\/strong> When an order reaches the status you pick, Bilteo issues its invoice using your own numbering series.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Credit notes on refund.<\/strong> A refund \u2014 whole or for a single product \u2014 issues its credit note, correctly linked to the original invoice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifactu.<\/strong> If you have it enabled in Bilteo, every invoice enters your record book and is submitted to the Spanish tax agency (Agencia Tributaria).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your VAT, untouched.<\/strong> Invoices carry the rates and amounts your store calculated. Bilteo does not recalculate anything.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NIF field at checkout<\/strong>, validating DNI, CIF and NIE check digits. If you already have one from another plugin, that one is used instead.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nothing gets invoiced twice.<\/strong> Orders that could not be invoiced are listed with the reason, and can be retried in bulk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>What you need<\/h4>\n\n<p>A Bilteo account and an API key.<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Sign up at <a href=\"https:\/\/panel.bilteo.es\/registro\">panel.bilteo.es\/registro<\/a> \u2014 free, no card.<\/li>\n<li>In Bilteo, go to <strong>Ajustes \u2192 API<\/strong> and create a key.<\/li>\n<li>Paste it into WooCommerce \u2192 Bilteo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>The plugin links to both places from its settings screen, so you can do it as you go.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Sales outside Spain<\/h4>\n\n<p>Orders carrying another country's VAT (One-Stop Shop \/ OSS) are <strong>not invoiced<\/strong> yet: that tax is declared on Spanish form 369, which Bilteo does not cover. The order gets a note explaining it and no invoice, so it cannot slip into your quarterly return by mistake.<\/p>\n\n<h4>External service<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin sends data to Bilteo (https:\/\/panel.bilteo.es), a service operated by the plugin author. It is required for the plugin to work: invoices are issued and stored there, not in WordPress.<\/p>\n\n<p>Data is sent when an order reaches the configured status, when a refund is created, and when you use the plugin's settings or pending-orders screens. What is sent, per order: its number and date; each line's description, quantity, unit price and VAT rate; and the billing name, company, tax ID (NIF), email, address, city, province, postcode and country. The order's wp-admin edit link is sent too, so the invoice can link back to it \u2014 that link is only ever shown to you, never to the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nothing is sent until you enter an API key.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Terms: https:\/\/panel.bilteo.es\/legal\/condiciones<\/li>\n<li>Privacy policy: https:\/\/panel.bilteo.es\/legal\/privacidad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate the plugin.<\/li>\n<li>Go to WooCommerce \u2192 Bilteo and paste your API key.<\/li>\n<li>Pick the invoicing series and the order status that triggers invoicing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"can%20the%20same%20order%20be%20invoiced%20twice%3F\"><h3>Can the same order be invoiced twice?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. The order stores its invoice, and Bilteo rejects any repeat of the same reference, so neither a retry nor a double click issues a second one.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20to%20an%20order%20with%20no%20tax%20id%3F\"><h3>What happens to an order with no tax ID?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>It is not invoiced, and the order note says so. Bilteo issues full invoices, and a full invoice identifies who receives it. You can require the NIF at checkout from the settings \u2014 it is on by default.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20invoice%20an%20old%20order%3F\"><h3>Can I invoice an old order?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes: on the order screen, \"Facturar en Bilteo\" in the actions dropdown. There is also a screen listing every order without an invoice, with the reason for each, and a button to invoice them all.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20connect%20more%20than%20one%20store%20to%20the%20same%20bilteo%20account%3F\"><h3>Can I connect more than one store to the same Bilteo account?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. Each store uses its own API key, and you give each key a name so you can tell the invoices apart in Bilteo.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20my%20customer%20get%20the%20invoice%3F\"><h3>Does my customer get the invoice?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, if you want.
