Each order is sent only once; if the endpoint answers with a success status, the order is flagged so it is not sent again.<\/p>\n\n<p>The data sent for each order is:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Order ID, order number and order status<\/li>\n<li>Order date, total and currency<\/li>\n<li>Billing name, e-mail address, phone number and billing address (for Romanian addresses the county code is converted to the full county name)<\/li>\n<li>For every line item: product ID, product name, quantity, unit price and line total<\/li>\n<li>The host name of the site that generated the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>WooCommerce installed and active<\/li>\n<li>A Zarina CRM instance reachable from your WordPress site, with an API endpoint URL and an API key<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>External services<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin sends order data to the API endpoint that you enter on the settings page. No endpoint is configured by default and no data is sent until you enter one. The destination server is under your control; the plugin does not contact any other external service.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Upload the plugin files to the <code>\/wp-content\/plugins\/zarina-crm-integration<\/code> directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen.<\/li>\n<li>Activate the plugin through the \"Plugins\" screen in WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Zarina CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the CRM API URL and the CRM API key of your Zarina CRM instance and save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Once saved, new WooCommerce orders are sent automatically when the order confirmation page is reached.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20need%20a%20zarina%20crm%20instance%20to%20use%20this%20plugin%3F\"><h3>Do I need a Zarina CRM instance to use this plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. The plugin is a bridge between WooCommerce and a Zarina CRM instance that you host. It has no function without an API endpoint to send data to.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"where%20is%20the%20order%20data%20sent%3F\"><h3>Where is the order data sent?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Only to the API URL that you enter on the settings page.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"when%20is%20an%20order%20sent%3F\"><h3>When is an order sent?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>When the customer reaches the order confirmation page (the <code>woocommerce_thankyou<\/code> hook).
