By configuring this plugin with your Website ID, you consent to loading the Evaline widget (<code>fa.js<\/code>) from Evaline's servers on the public pages of your site.<\/p>\n\n<p>No data is collected by default beyond what is required for the widget to function (e.g. a visitor session identifier, managed by Evaline). Uncheck \"Enable widget\" in the plugin settings.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20my%20data%20shared%20with%20evaline%3F\"><h3>Is my data shared with Evaline?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Once the plugin is configured with your Website ID, the widget loads the <code>fa.js<\/code> script from Evaline's servers (evaline.app) to power the chat. No data is sent unless you have created an account and configured your website on evaline.app.<\/p>\n\n<p>The optional \"Identify logged-in users\" setting (disabled by default) sends the name, email, user ID and role of logged-in WordPress users to Evaline in order to personalize support.
