Fines can reach \u20ac15M or 3% of worldwide turnover.<\/p>\n\n<p>This plugin handles the two obligations most WordPress sites actually have:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Chatbot disclosure (Art. 50(1))<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Detects AI chatbots automatically \u2014 plugin-based (AI Engine, MxChat, Kognetiks) and embedded widgets (Tidio, Chatbase, Intercom, Crisp, HubSpot, Tawk.to, LiveChat, Botpress, Voiceflow)<\/li>\n<li>Attaches a clear, accessible \"You are interacting with an AI chatbot\" notice directly to the chat window \u2014 at first interaction, as the Commission's July 2026 guidance expects, not buried in your terms<\/li>\n<li>Deep AI Engine integration: the disclosure also becomes part of the bot's own greeting<\/li>\n<li>Custom CSS selectors for widgets we don't know yet<\/li>\n<li>Fully translatable disclosure text (English, Polish, German included)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. AI image labels (Art. 50(4))<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Auto-detects AI-generated images on upload by reading C2PA manifests, IPTC digitalSourceType and generator metadata (DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly and others)<\/li>\n<li>One checkbox in the Media Library to flag or unflag any image manually<\/li>\n<li>Visible badge on labeled images (corner badge or full-width bar)<\/li>\n<li>Machine-readable markup: schema.org ImageObject JSON-LD with IPTC digitalSourceType, plus data attributes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Our promises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>No ads in your dashboard. Whether you are fully compliant depends on how you use AI overall. What do I do?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Add its container's CSS selector under Settings \u2192 AI Disclosure \u2192 Custom CSS selectors (one per line). Please also open a support thread and tell us which chatbot you use \u2014 we add popular ones to auto-detection.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20ai-generated%20text%20too%3F\"><h3>Does it work with AI-generated text too?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The Act's text-labeling duty (Art. 50(4)) only covers AI text published to inform the public on matters of public interest, and it does not apply where a human editor takes responsibility. Product descriptions and ordinary marketing copy are out of scope.
