The optional Chatzio Pro add-on (from https:\/\/chatzio.pro) adds premium tooling and integrations:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Live WooCommerce order tracking inside chat<\/li>\n<li>Back-in-stock (\"Notify me\") restock notifications<\/li>\n<li>Automatic content sync, AI embeddings and semantic knowledge search<\/li>\n<li>Resource Library (PDF \/ Word upload)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced analytics (heatmap, intent, funnel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the <strong>OpenRouter API<\/strong> (https:\/\/openrouter.ai) to generate chat replies. OpenRouter is a third-party AI gateway.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What is sent and when:<\/strong> When a visitor sends a message in the chat widget, the plugin sends that message and recent conversation history from the same chat session to OpenRouter so the AI can generate a reply. Each request also includes your site URL and site title in the request headers (used by OpenRouter for attribution).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Authentication:<\/strong> Requests are authenticated with the OpenRouter API key that you enter in the plugin settings.
