It creates a QuickBooks Online invoice and records the payment. It\ngenerates a shipping label with your connected carrier, choosing box and rate\nautomatically. Product, payment, and expense mapping are configured from your Fuldash\ndashboard, where all order tracking and fulfillment status live \u2014 this plugin's only\njob is getting order data there and marking orders complete once fulfillment finishes.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>A customer places an order in your WooCommerce store.<\/li>\n<li>When the order is created, the plugin forwards the order to your Fuldash platform.<\/li>\n<li>Fuldash creates a QuickBooks invoice, records the payment, and generates a shipping\nlabel \u2014 choosing carrier, box, and rate automatically \u2014 all in the background.<\/li>\n<li>Once fulfillment finishes, Fuldash marks the order <strong>Completed<\/strong> in your store\nautomatically \u2014 no manual updates needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Setup takes under two minutes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate this plugin.<\/li>\n<li>Go to WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Fuldash.<\/li>\n<li>Paste your API Key from your Fuldash merchant dashboard (Settings \u2192 Profile).<\/li>\n<li>Click Save changes, then click <strong>Activate<\/strong> to connect your store to the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Channel control:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Use the Activate \/ Deactivate button on the settings page to connect or disconnect your\nstore from Fuldash at any time. Deactivating stops order forwarding without removing\nyour credentials \u2014 you can reactivate instantly when ready.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External Services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin sends data to the Fuldash platform (https:\/\/fuldash.com), an external\nthird-party service.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What is sent and when:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Channel activation \/ deactivation<\/strong> \u2014 when you click Activate or Deactivate, a\nrequest is sent to the Fuldash platform to record your store's connection status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order data<\/strong> \u2014 when an order is created and the channel is active, the full\nWooCommerce order (line items, addresses, payment method, totals) is sent to the\nFuldash platform for fulfillment processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>What Fuldash can request from your store:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Fuldash's fulfillment platform also makes authenticated requests back to your store,\nused to help you configure product, payment, and expense mappings in your Fuldash\ndashboard, and to keep your order statuses in sync:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Product catalog<\/strong> \u2014 product names and SKUs, so you can map them to your accounting\nitems in the Fuldash dashboard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment gateways<\/strong> \u2014 the ID, title, and enabled status of your configured WooCommerce\npayment gateways, so you can map them to accounting payment methods.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recent order fee data<\/strong> \u2014 numeric and JSON order meta fields on your 25 most recent\norders, used to detect payment-processor fee fields (e.g. Stripe or PayPal fees) for\nexpense tracking. The failure is logged to\nWooCommerce \u2192 Status \u2192 Logs (source: fuldash), and the order's forwarding status is\nvisible in your Fuldash dashboard.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20temporarily%20stop%20forwarding%20orders%20without%20losing%20my%20credentials%3F\"><h3>Can I temporarily stop forwarding orders without losing my credentials?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. Click <strong>Deactivate<\/strong> on the settings page. Your API Key remains saved.\nClick <strong>Activate<\/strong> at any time to resume forwarding.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20this%20plugin%20store%20any%20data%3F\"><h3>Does this plugin store any data?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The plugin stores your API Key and connection status in your WordPress\ndatabase (<code>wp_options<\/code>). It also stores a forward status flag on each order as order\nmeta. No order data is stored by the plugin itself \u2014 it is forwarded to Fuldash and\nnot retained locally. Uninstalling the plugin removes the saved API Key and connection\nstatus from your database.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20my%20order%20get%20marked%20as%20completed%20automatically%3F\"><h3>Does my order get marked as completed automatically?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes.
