                            Privacy<\/h3>\n\n

                            Zoventic Invoices stores the following data exclusively in your WordPress database. Nothing is sent to external servers except when explicitly using the PayPal payment integration.<\/p>\n\n

                            • Client records<\/strong> \u2014 Name, email, phone, address, and notes entered by the administrator.<\/li>\n
                            • Invoice and payment records<\/strong> \u2014 All billing data entered by the administrator.<\/li>\n
                            • Activity log<\/strong> \u2014 Records of administrative actions including the IP address of the logged-in administrator performing each action. IP addresses are stored for audit purposes only and are not shared externally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                              To comply with privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR), site administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their clients before entering their personal data into the plugin.<\/p>\n\n

                              For data erasure requests, all Zoventic Invoices data can be permanently removed by deleting the plugin via the WordPress admin, which will drop all plugin database tables and options.<\/p>\n\n

                              Advanced Configuration<\/h3>\n\n

                              Trusted Proxy IPs (X-Forwarded-For)<\/h4>\n\n

                              If your WordPress site runs behind a load balancer or reverse proxy, the activity log may record the proxy's IP address instead of the real visitor IP. To enable X-Forwarded-For header trust for specific proxy IPs, add the following to your wp-config.php<\/code>:<\/p>\n\n
