If you send in volume, pair it with a dedicated SMTP plugin (such as WP Mail SMTP) pointed at your own provider \u2014 that is where deliverability is actually won, and CartQuill deliberately stays out of it rather than reselling sending of its own.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Requires WooCommerce<\/h4>\n\n<p>CartQuill builds on WooCommerce 8.0 or newer for its order, customer, and checkout events, and is compatible with High-Performance Order Storage.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin does not connect to, or send any data to, any external service. Email is sent by your own WordPress installation through <code>wp_mail()<\/code>, and open and click tracking is served from your own domain.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Development<\/h3>\n\n<p>The step builder's JavaScript is compiled with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npmjs.com\/package\/@wordpress\/scripts\">@wordpress\/scripts<\/a>. The plugin ships both the compiled bundle (<code>assets\/builder\/build\/<\/code>) and its complete, human-readable source (<code>assets\/builder\/src\/<\/code>); the shipped bundle is built from exactly the shipped source. To rebuild it: install Node dependencies with <code>npm install<\/code>, then run <code>npm run build<\/code> (or <code>npm run start<\/code> for a watching dev build). There is no cap on flows, steps, or emails sent.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20is%20revenue%20attributed%20to%20a%20flow%3F\"><h3>How is revenue attributed to a flow?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Attribution is last-touch: when an order is placed, CartQuill matches the buyer to the most recent flow email sent to them within the attribution window (7 days by default, configurable in Settings). No multi-touch claims are made.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20to%20my%20data%20if%20i%20delete%20the%20plugin%3F\"><h3>What happens to my data if I delete the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Nothing, by default \u2014 your flows, enrollments, and reports are kept, so you can reinstall without losing anything.
