You send orders when you choose to. There is no automatic trigger and no background rule deciding what reaches your accounts: you open the order, you press the button, the invoice appears in Zoho Books. Stock comes back the other way once an hour so WooCommerce reflects what Zoho holds.<\/p>\n\n
