Supported form plugins include Contact Form 7, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, Formidable Forms, and Ninja Forms. Each enabled form gets its own Trak event with ticket design links, check-in links, attendee reports, and QR-coded PDF tickets.<\/p>\n\n<p>When someone submits an enabled contact form, the plugin sends the selected form fields to Trak and creates a QR ticket. The plugin can also attach the generated ticket PDF to the normal transactional or notification email of the form plugin.<\/p>\n\n<p>Main features:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create a Trak QR ticket project from any popular WordPress contact form.<\/li>\n<li>Keep Trak ticket fields in sync when form fields change.<\/li>\n<li>Create a QR ticket for each form submission.<\/li>\n<li>Attach ticket PDFs to outgoing notification or transactional emails.<\/li>\n<li>Open check-in, ticket report, ticket design, and billing links from the form settings page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This plugin requires a Trak Events API key. You can request one by email from the plugin setup page. Trak is a hosted QR ticket and check-in service from Darkaa.<\/p>\n\n<h4>External service<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to Trak at <code>https:\/\/backend.trak.codes<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The plugin sends data to Trak in these cases:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>When an administrator requests an API key: the entered email address, site name, and site URL are sent to Trak so Trak can email the key.<\/li>\n<li>When an administrator saves the QR tracking setup: the Trak Events API key is used to authenticate requests.<\/li>\n<li>When an administrator enables or updates QR tracking on a form: the site URL, WordPress administrator email, form title, field names, field types, email field name, and ticket title template are sent to Trak to create or update the ticket project.<\/li>\n<li>When a visitor submits an enabled form: the submitted values for the configured form fields are sent to Trak to create the ticket.<\/li>\n<li>When PDF attachment is enabled: the plugin downloads the generated ticket PDF from Trak and attaches it to the form plugin's email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Trak returns project links, check-in links, ticket report links, ticket design links, and ticket PDF links.<\/p>\n\n<p>Trak service terms: https:\/\/qr-code-ticket.com\/terms\/\nTrak privacy policy: https:\/\/qr-code-ticket.com\/privacy\/<\/p>\n\n<h3>Privacy<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin sends data to Trak, a hosted QR ticket and check-in service. Site owners should disclose this in their privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Suggested privacy policy text:<\/p>\n\n<p>When you submit a form that issues a QR ticket, we send the information needed to create your ticket to Trak, our QR ticket and check-in service. This may include your name, email address, and other form fields shown on the form. Trak uses this information to create your ticket, generate the QR code, provide check-in tools, and produce ticket reports for the event organizer.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate a supported contact form plugin (e.g. Contact Form 7, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, Formidable Forms, or Ninja Forms).<\/li>\n<li>Install and activate Darkaa QR Tickets Check-In.<\/li>\n<li>Go to QR Tickets setup page in your WordPress sidebar.<\/li>\n<li>Request a Trak Events API key by email, then paste the emailed key and save.<\/li>\n<li>Choose any form from the Form List, click Configure, and enable electronic ticketing.<\/li>\n<li>Use the generated Trak links to check in guests, view tickets, edit ticket design, or manage billing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20need%20a%20trak%20account%3F\"><h3>Do I need a Trak account?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. You need a Trak Events API key before the plugin can create ticket projects. The setup page can email one to you.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20the%20plugin%20create%20a%20trak%20project%20for%20every%20form%3F\"><h3>Does the plugin create a Trak project for every form?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Only for forms where you enable QR tracking. Each enabled form gets its own Trak project.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20when%20i%20change%20form%20fields%3F\"><h3>What happens when I change form fields?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>When you save the form configuration, the plugin updates the existing Trak project with the current form field list.
