See <strong>External services<\/strong> below.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin relies on the <strong>Texnity WhatsApp Business API<\/strong>, a third-party service operated by H3 Technologies (Texnity), to send and receive WhatsApp messages. The plugin will not send or receive any messages until you enter your Texnity secret key on the plugin's settings page, and it does not function without a Texnity account.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Service provider:<\/strong> Texnity \u2014 https:\/\/www.texnity.com\n<strong>API endpoint:<\/strong> https:\/\/api.texnity.com<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What data is sent, and when:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>When you connect \/ verify your key<\/strong> (settings page): your site URL and the plugin's webhook callback URL, together with your Texnity secret key.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When you sync templates:<\/strong> your Texnity secret key only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When a notification is sent<\/strong> (order status change, abandoned-cart reminder, new-order admin alert, or a manual send): the recipient's phone number, the template name, and the template variable values you have mapped \u2014 which may include the customer's name, order number, order total, ordered items, and tracking number \u2014 plus your secret key. An optional media URL is sent only if you configure a media template.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inbound (from Texnity to your site):<\/strong> Texnity calls your site's webhook URL with inbound reply text, the sender's phone number, and message delivery\/read status updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>No data is sent to any other third party.
