Each field explains when it is useful.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Webshop (WooCommerce only, optional):<\/strong> import your product catalog and turn on real-time sync so product changes are pushed to NeuraDeer automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learning:<\/strong> scan a page URL, upload a PDF\/TXT\/CSV\/DOCX document, and answer the questions your bot could not yet handle \u2013 all added to the knowledge base.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Widget:<\/strong> place the chat widget in your site footer with one click, and customize color, position, icon, welcome message and auto-open.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Statistics:<\/strong> message counts and token usage at a glance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multilingual admin UI:<\/strong> Hungarian, English and German, switchable in the plugin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The plugin only orchestrates these actions \u2013 all AI processing happens on the NeuraDeer service.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the NeuraDeer service (https:\/\/neuradeer.com) to provide the AI chatbot. It is required for the plugin to function.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What is sent, and when:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>When you connect \/ register:<\/strong> your site URL, and \u2013 only when creating a new account from the plugin \u2013 the name, email address, password and shop name you enter in the registration form.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When you import products or enable real-time sync (WooCommerce only):<\/strong> product data (name, description, price, stock status, category, image URL, product URL) is sent to NeuraDeer for indexing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When you use Learning:<\/strong> the page URL you scan, or the document file you upload, is sent to NeuraDeer to be added to your knowledge base.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When you save bot\/widget settings:<\/strong> the settings values you enter are sent to NeuraDeer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On every request:<\/strong> your NeuraDeer public key and a security key generated by the plugin are sent as request headers to authenticate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When the chat widget runs on your public pages:<\/strong> the widget loads a script from NeuraDeer and end-user chat messages are processed by the NeuraDeer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>No data is sent until you connect the plugin to a NeuraDeer account.
