If you configure an AI provider under <strong>Settings \u2192 Connectors<\/strong>, the plugin uses the WordPress AI Client to generate replies. Selected visitor messages and matching knowledge snippets may then be sent to the provider you connected. Without a configured provider, no chat data is sent to external AI services.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Data stored on your site<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Chat sessions\/messages, leads, appointments, and basic analytics events are stored in custom database tables on your WordPress install. With a provider connected in WordPress, natural language answers use that knowledge as context.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20data%20is%20sent%20to%20an%20ai%20provider%3F\"><h3>What data is sent to an AI provider?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Only when a provider is configured in Settings \u2192 Connectors: the visitor\u2019s recent chat messages plus short excerpts from trained pages\/products that match the question. Credentials stay in WordPress Connectors, not in this plugin.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20require%20woocommerce%3F\"><h3>Does it require WooCommerce?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Product training runs only when WooCommerce is active.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"where%20are%20leads%20and%20appointments%20stored%3F\"><h3>Where are leads and appointments stored?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>In your WordPress database (<code>wp_hbwa_leads<\/code>, <code>wp_hbwa_appointments<\/code>, etc.). Delete the plugin via the Plugins screen to remove tables and settings (see uninstall).<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20do%20appointments%20block%20time%20slots%3F\"><h3>How do appointments block time slots?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Pending and confirmed bookings remove that time from the chat selector.
