You can select the sheet and columns to send the order data. You can select a different sheet for each product. You can also select the order status to trigger data export to Google Sheets.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to Google Sheets API to automatically sync WooCommerce order and product data to Google Sheets. This connection is required for the plugin's core functionality.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Service provider:<\/strong> Google LLC (Google Sheets API)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What data is sent:<\/strong>\nWhen an order status changes (configurable in plugin settings), the plugin transmits:\n- Order data: order number, order date, order status, order total, billing\/shipping addresses, customer information\n- Product data: product names, SKUs, quantities, unit prices, totals, and any custom product meta fields configured by the user\n- Custom meta fields: any custom order or product meta fields you have registered via the \"Custom Meta Fields\" settings tab<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>When data is sent:<\/strong>\n- Automatically when an order transitions to a status selected in the plugin settings\n- Data is only transmitted if you have configured a Google Sheet and provided valid Google Service Account credentials\n- No data is sent if the plugin is not yet configured or if no order statuses have been selected for triggering<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Required setup:<\/strong>\nYou must manually:\n- Create a Google Cloud Project\n- Enable Google Sheets API\n- Create a Service Account with a JSON key\n- Share your Google Sheet(s) with the service account email<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Service Terms &amp; Privacy:<\/strong>\n- <a href=\"https:\/\/cloud.google.com\/terms\">Google API Terms of Service<\/a>\n- <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">Google Privacy Policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h3>Setup Guide: Getting Google Service Account JSON<\/h3>\n\n<h4>Step 1: Create a Google Cloud Project<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/console.cloud.google.com\/\">Google Cloud Console<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sign in with your Google account<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Project selector<\/strong> (top-left, next to \"Google Cloud\")<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>New Project<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter a project name (e.g., \"WordPress Sheets Sync\")<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Create<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Wait for the project to be created (may take a minute)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Step 2: Enable the Google Sheets API<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>In the Google Cloud Console, go to <strong>APIs &amp; Services<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Library<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Search for <strong>\"Google Sheets API\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Google Sheets API<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Enable<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Wait for it to finish enabling<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Step 3: Create a Service Account<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>APIs &amp; Services<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Credentials<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Create Credentials<\/strong> (top button)<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Service Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fill in:\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service account name:<\/strong> e.g., <code>wordpress-sheets<\/code><\/li>\n<li><strong>Service account ID:<\/strong> (auto-fills, leave as-is)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> (optional) e.g., <code>For WordPress Google Sheets sync<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Create and Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>On the next screen, click <strong>Continue<\/strong> (skip the optional steps)<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Done<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Step 4: Create a JSON Key<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>In <strong>APIs &amp; Services<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Credentials<\/strong>, find your newly created service account in the <strong>Service Accounts<\/strong> section<\/li>\n<li>Click on the service account name<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Keys<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add Key<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Create new key<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>JSON<\/strong> format<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Create<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A <code>.json<\/code> file will download to your computer automatically<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Step 5: Copy the JSON Content<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Open the downloaded <code>.json<\/code> file with a text editor (Notepad, VS Code, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>all the content<\/strong> (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A)<\/li>\n<li>Copy it (Ctrl+C or Cmd+C)<\/li>\n<li>In your WordPress plugin settings, paste it into the <strong>Google Service Account JSON<\/strong> textarea field<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Step 6: Share Your Google Sheet with the Service Account<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Look inside the JSON file for the <strong><code>\"client_email\"<\/code><\/strong> field (looks like <code>xxxx@xxxx.iam.gserviceaccount.com<\/code>)<\/li>\n<li>Copy that email address<\/li>\n<li>Open the Google Sheet you want to sync with<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Share<\/strong> (top-right)<\/li>\n<li>Paste the service account email<\/li>\n<li>Give it <strong>Editor<\/strong> access<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Share<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Upload the plugin files to the <code>\/wp-content\/plugins\/pi-sheetbridge-for-woo-order-with-google-sheets\/<\/code> directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.<\/li>\n<li>Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Go to WooCommerce &gt;
