Documentation and current information are available at https:\/\/wild-life-tantra.de\/chonotronics-tagme-mp3\/.<\/p>\n\n<p>Supported fields:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li>Artist<\/li>\n<li>Album<\/li>\n<li>Album artist<\/li>\n<li>Year<\/li>\n<li>Track number<\/li>\n<li>Disc number<\/li>\n<li>Genre<\/li>\n<li>Composer<\/li>\n<li>Copyright<\/li>\n<li>Comment<\/li>\n<li>Embedded cover art (JPEG or PNG)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The plugin writes a new temporary file and validates it before replacing the original. MPEG audio data are copied without modification. The ID3 tag is rebuilt as ID3v2.3; unsupported custom frames are removed when the file is saved.<\/p>\n\n<p>Chonotronics TagMe.mp3 does not send media files or metadata to external services and does not collect usage data.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Support<\/h3>\n\n<p>Support email: chono@wild-life-tantra.de<\/p>\n\n<p>After publication in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory, support requests can also be submitted through the plugin support forum.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Privacy<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin processes MP3 files locally on the WordPress server. It does not transmit files, metadata, or personal data to third parties. Only the metadata area is rebuilt.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"are%20all%20existing%20id3%20frames%20preserved%3F\"><h3>Are all existing ID3 frames preserved?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. The plugin rebuilds a clean ID3v2.3 tag from the supported fields.
