Demfilz Auto Order Wholesale-Dropship for WooCommerce<\/strong> automates supplier ordering for wholesale and dropshipping stores. Add a private cost price<\/strong> to your products, store your supplier's details<\/strong>, and when an order is placed and paid the plugin automatically builds a purchase order<\/strong> and emails it to the supplier \u2014 including the customer's drop-shipping address<\/strong> \u2014 so your supplier ships straight to your customer. No more re-keying orders into a supplier's inbox.<\/p>\n\n

Everything below is included and fully functional. There are no locked features, no trial period and no usage limits.<\/p>\n\n

What it does<\/h4>\n\n

  • Adds a Cost price<\/strong> field to every product and variation (internal only \u2014 never shown to customers).<\/li>\n
  • Stores your wholesale supplier's name, email, contact, CC addresses, phone and address.<\/li>\n
  • On a paid order<\/strong>, automatically emails the supplier a purchase order containing the customer's dropship address and your cost-price line items.<\/li>\n
  • Optional flat shipping fee<\/strong> line on the purchase order, with your own label, added to the PO total.<\/li>\n
  • Branded purchase-order email<\/strong> \u2014 add your logo, company name and details, a \"Notes to supplier\" message and footer terms.<\/li>\n
  • Purchase-order log<\/strong> with delivery status and one-click resend<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • An order-screen panel and an Orders-list bulk action<\/strong> to send or re-send supplier orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Built to the WordPress Coding Standards and compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the cart\/checkout blocks.<\/p>\n\n

    Third-party services<\/h4>\n\n

    This plugin does not connect to any external service. Purchase orders are sent using your own site's email (wp_mail()<\/code>).<\/p>\n\n

    1. Upload the plugin via Plugins \u2192 Add New \u2192 Upload Plugin, then activate it (WooCommerce must be installed and active).<\/li>\n
    2. Edit your products and set a Cost price<\/strong> on the General tab (or per variation).<\/li>\n
    3. Go to Auto Order \u2192 Supplier<\/strong> and enter your supplier's name and email.<\/li>\n
    4. Review Auto Order \u2192 PO Settings<\/strong> (sender, PO number format, optional flat shipping fee and branding). Purchase orders are sent on paid orders by default.<\/li>\n
    5. Place a test order and pay \u2014 your supplier receives the purchase order automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      Will customers ever see the cost price?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      No. It is private purchasing data, never enqueued or printed on the storefront. It appears only on the supplier purchase order and your own admin screens.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      When is the supplier emailed?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      When the order is marked paid (payment complete \/ processing \/ completed). The plugin guards against duplicates, so a supplier is never emailed twice for the same order unless you click Resend.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Does the plugin send data anywhere?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      No. It makes no external connections. Purchase orders are emailed from your own site using wp_mail()<\/code>.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Does it work with my theme and checkout?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      Yes. It hooks into WooCommerce order events, so it works with the classic and block checkout and is HPOS-compatible.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Does it work with variable products?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      Yes. Set a cost price on each variation and the correct variation cost appears on the purchase order.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n\n
