Customers submit with a single click, and you generate reports to help you learn more about your customers.<\/p>\n\n<p>Getting started takes about a minute: activation creates an example \"How did you hear about us?\" question (as a draft, so nothing is shown to customers yet). Review and publish it, select it on the Survey screen, and enable the survey when you're ready.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Features<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Works with both classic checkout and the block-based checkout<\/li>\n<li>Questions are managed like posts: draft, review, and publish when ready \u2014 only published questions are shown to customers<\/li>\n<li>Fully editable answer options: add, edit, remove, reorder, and enable\/disable each answer<\/li>\n<li>Optional per-question \"Other\" answer with a free-text field and custom label<\/li>\n<li>One response per order \u2014 after submitting, customers see a friendly \"thank you\" message. See the plugin's readme.md for the full list.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"where%20does%20the%20survey%20appear%3F\"><h3>Where does the survey appear?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>On the WooCommerce order-received (thank you) page, directly below the order details by default, or above them via the position setting. The setting works with both the classic order-received page and the block-based order confirmation template.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"why%20don%27t%20customers%20see%20the%20survey%20yet%3F\"><h3>Why don't customers see the survey yet?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The survey ships disabled so you can review it first. Three things must be true: the survey is enabled on the Survey screen, a question is selected there, and that question is published (drafts and pending questions are never shown to customers).<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20customers%20answer%20more%20than%20once%3F\"><h3>Can customers answer more than once?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Exactly one response is stored per order. If the customer reloads the page, they see your \"thank you\" message instead of the form.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20checkout%20blocks%3F\"><h3>Does it work with checkout blocks?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. The survey renders on both the classic (shortcode) order-received page and the block-based order confirmation template.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20page%20caching%3F\"><h3>Does it work with page caching?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Order-received pages are normally excluded from page caching by WooCommerce and caching plugins, and this plugin doesn't rely on any server-side page state. If your cache is configured aggressively enough to cache the order-received endpoint, exclude <code>\/checkout\/order-received\/<\/code> from caching.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20high-performance%20order%20storage%20%28hpos%29%3F\"><h3>Does it work with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. The plugin declares HPOS compatibility and only reads and writes orders through the WooCommerce CRUD API.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20to%20my%20data%20if%20i%20uninstall%20the%20plugin%3F\"><h3>What happens to my data if I uninstall the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Settings are removed. Survey questions, responses, and order meta are kept unless you enable \"Delete all plugin data on uninstall\" in the settings before uninstalling.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20the%20survey%20response%20personal%20data%3F\"><h3>Is the survey response personal data?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Responses are tied to orders.
