Chatixy is an AI chat widget that answers your visitors' questions instantly,\ntrained on your own website and knowledge base. This official plugin puts that\nwidget on your WordPress site with zero code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    Works with any theme and with WooCommerce<\/strong> stores. You manage the bot's\nappearance, knowledge, and your subscription in the Chatixy dashboard - this\nplugin just connects your site to it.<\/p>\n\n

    This plugin connects to Chatixy (https:\/\/chatixy.com), the AI chat service it\nis a client for:<\/p>\n\n

    • When you click \"Connect with Chatixy\" it sends you to\n https:\/\/chatixy.com\/connect to approve, then exchanges a one-time token\nat https:\/\/chatixy.com\/api\/v1\/integrations\/connect\/exchange<\/code> for your\nwidget key.<\/li>\n
    • On the settings screen it calls https:\/\/chatixy.com\/api\/v1\/widget\/verify\/<your-key><\/code>\nto confirm your widget key is valid and show the connected bot's name.<\/li>\n
    • On your site's front end it loads https:\/\/chatixy.com\/source\/<your-key>.js<\/code>,\nthe widget loader, which renders the chat for your visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      No data is sent to Chatixy until you add your widget key. Once the widget is\nlive, visitor chat messages are processed by Chatixy to generate replies. Your\nuse of the service, and how that data is handled, is governed by Chatixy's terms\nand privacy policy:<\/p>\n\n

          In your Chatixy dashboard under Widgets<\/strong>. Open the widget and copy its key\n(it's a 64-character string). You can also paste the whole embed snippet - the\nplugin extracts the key for you.<\/p><\/dd>\n

          Does it work with WooCommerce?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

          Yes. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, so the same plugin works on your store.<\/p><\/dd>\n
