Outbound requests are sent to Huwiya-hosted endpoints (Supabase Edge Functions). No data is sent until a store administrator explicitly agrees to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and verifies an API key.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Service:<\/strong> Huwiya ERP (https:\/\/huwiya.sa)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What is sent and when:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>API key verification<\/strong> \u2014 When you click \"Verify &amp; Save\" on the Verification page (after consent): store domain, site URL, site name, admin email, WooCommerce store ID, WooCommerce\/WordPress versions, currency, timezone, and plugin version.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Store activation<\/strong> \u2014 Once, after the first successful API key verification: the same store metadata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order create\/update<\/strong> \u2014 When a WooCommerce order is created or meaningfully updated (only after the store is connected): order details, customer billing\/shipping, line items, totals, and payment\/shipping status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Historical orders<\/strong> \u2014 When you start a sync from <strong>Huwiya \u2192 Historical Orders<\/strong>: batches of orders within the date range you select.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Store deactivation<\/strong> \u2014 When the plugin is deactivated, only if the store was previously connected: store metadata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Inbound requests:<\/strong> Huwiya ERP may call your site's REST API (products, orders) after you connect the store.
