Talke CRM is the service this plugin is built to work with, so an active Talke CRM account is required.<\/p>\n\n<p>The plugin communicates with the Talke CRM API at <code>https:\/\/crm.talke.com.br<\/code> in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On every page load<\/strong> \u2014 the plugin loads the tracking script <code>tracker.js<\/code> from <code>https:\/\/crm.talke.com.br\/tracker.js<\/code>, and sends page view events to <code>https:\/\/crm.talke.com.br\/api\/pageview<\/code>. Data sent: the page URL, page title, referrer, UTM and ad-click parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, gclid, fbclid, etc.), and technical data (IP address and browser user agent) used to identify the session.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When a visitor submits a form or completes a WooCommerce order<\/strong> \u2014 the plugin sends the submitted lead data to <code>https:\/\/crm.talke.com.br\/api\/capture<\/code>. Data sent: the fields provided by the visitor (name, email, phone and other form fields) together with the attribution parameters above, so the lead can be registered in your CRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Data is sent over HTTPS and is used only to register and organize your leads and show you reports.
