                What the service is used for:\n- Load the chatbot script on the frontend\n- Authenticate\/validate the plugin token and check service status\n- Sync plugin settings and retrieve analytics for the admin dashboard\n- (Optional) Upload scanned site content to power the chatbot knowledge feature<\/p>\n\n

                What data is sent and when:\n- Frontend: a public token is added to the chatbot script tag when the chatbot is loaded.\n- Admin actions: token and site domain are sent when validating the service, syncing settings, checking updates\/status, or retrieving analytics.\n- Scheduled checks (WP-Cron): timezone offset (gmt_offset) is sent during scheduled service checks, and basic environment info (WordPress\/PHP version) is sent in the daily CMS data task.<\/p>\n\n
