Wordpress Form is a Wordpress plugin that generates a contact form on your website or blog. It can also be used as a suggestion box. After adjusting the preferences (such as where do you want the email to go) simply insert text [WORDPRESS-FORM] in any page, post, widget content and the form will appear.<\/p>\n\n

The plugin is designed to use your website's CSS so the design is likely to match your website and if not there is a special area in the settings where you can customize the use of CSS. <\/p>\n\n

Plugin settings allow you to adjust the form size and color.<\/p>\n\n\n

Here is what you need to do:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Install plugin OR unzip the downloaded file to \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/li>\n
  2. Go to your plugin settings and enable the plugin.<\/li>\n
  3. In the sidebar you will have a new section called 'Wordpress Form' navigate there and set your preferences.<\/li>\n
  4. Insert [WORDPRESS-FORM] shortcode in any post, page or widget.<\/li>\n
  5. If you are not recieving emails, you may need to turn off Allow Comments on the page where you place [WORDPRESS-FORM].<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
