Contains functions to show comment count, pingback count, trackback count, top commentors, most recent comments, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Download the appropriate version<\/li>\n
  2. Make sure the file is called comment_analysis.php<\/li>\n
  3. Put it into your \/wp-content\/plugins\/ directory.<\/li>\n
  4. Activate the plugin from your WordPress admin \"Plugins\" page.<\/li>\n
  5. Make use of the functions in your template (see examples below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    What functions are available?<\/dt>\n

    This plugin is now widgetized, so you can use the widget, or use these functions:<\/p>\n\n

    ca_comment_count()\nShow total count of comments for your blog, excluding pingbacks and trackbacks.<\/p>\n\n

    ca_pingback_count()\nShow total count of pingbacks for your blog.<\/p>\n\n

    ca_trackback_count()\nShow total count of trackbacks for your blog.<\/p>\n\n

    ca_spam_count()\nShow total count of comments marked as spam. (Version 2.1 only)<\/p>\n\n

    ca_comment_last ($format=.)\nShow date of last comment. The optional parameter allows you to format the date using standard date formatting.<\/p>\n\n

    ca_pingback_last ($format=.)\nShow date of last pingback. The optional parameter allows you to format the date using standard date formatting.<\/p>\n\n

    ca_trackback_last ($format=.)\nShow date of last trackback. The optional parameter allows you to format the date using standard date formatting.<\/p>\n\n
