It seems like a great plugin, but i'm disappointed of the lack of maintenance and support, so i'm forced to leave a negative review.
The plugin is showing debug information originating from wp-activity-monitor/actions.php line 18.
I accidentally came across those while evaluating and another user has reported this issue on the forums over 4 months ago. For websites using WooCommerce, those notices are showing on the front end also.
I can happily alter my review if you fix the bugs.
