WooCommerce Trustpilot

Description

Trustpilot is an open, community-based platform for sharing real reviews of shopping experiences online. You can use Trustpilot with your web shop. To ask customs for reviews Trustpilot sends e-mails. When you open a account you get a unique (secret) e-mail-address to send your order information to. Trustpilot’s software scans this e-mails for the e-mail-address of customer and your orderID. Trustpilot use this information to ask your customers for reviews.

This plugin sends the required e-mail automatic. In the settings section you will set the unique (secret) e-mail-address from Trustpilot. Choose to send after order processing or order conmpleting also.

Installation

  1. You can download and install WooCommerce Trustpilot using the built in WordPress plugin installer. If you download WooCommerce Trustpilot manually, make sure it is uploaded to “/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-trustpilot/”.

  2. Activate WooCommerce Trustpilot in the “Plugins” admin panel using the “Activate” link.
