Check Dymo Label Web Service is running. You should now be able to create a label, save it, import it into the plugin & select the printer from a drop-down list within the plugin. If the preview keeps spinning, ensure you have a label selected that you saved & imported. If you have recently updated the label design in Dymo Label Software 8.7.4 you will have to remove it from the label tab, delete it in the general tab & re-import it before the preview will load. Sometimes just changing tabs within the plugin is enough to refresh the preview. Works exactly as required, we can print product labels for each product within an order directly from the woocomm order window without any additional button presses or manual typing. It selects the correct printer & prints almost instantly. This has saved us so much time. Had a nightmare getting this plugin to work with no response from the support via their website. Support emails go unanswered and the product no longer works as advertised. It’s now a dud. There have major WP upgrades in the entire year since this had an update or maintenance release. Giant shame.
