Simply add the widget to a sidebar or widget area, customise the settings and your list is created. #### Widget options include: **Title** – Add a title to your product list. **Category** – Choose from a dynamically loaded drop down list of all WooCommerce product categories available on your website.** Products Shown** – Leave blank to show all products in the category or only show a certain number. **Thumbnail** – Show/hide the product thumbnail. **Hidden Products**– NEW! Show/hide Hidden products. **Out Of Stock Products** – NEW! From the WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New 2. Search for ‘WooCommerce Products By Category’ and click Install. Then click Activate. 3. Go to Appearance > Widgets, and add the ‘WooCommerce List Products By Category Widget’ widget to a widget area. 4. Customise the settings. #### Manual 1. Upload the folder /woo-products-by-category/ to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. 3. Go to Appearance > Widgets, and add the ‘WooCommerce List Products By Category Widget’ widget to a widget area. 4. Perfect if you need to showcase products by a specific category. Needs an update, based on Wordfence actively reminding me that this plugin is abandoned since there haven’t been an update for the past 3 years and Wordpress warning me about this plugin might not work.
