I have tried for weeks, both here and on the plugin website, to contact the developer for support and not a single reply; very disappointing as there are issues with the current version. My recommendation is to find another plugin.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this plugin a good rating. We've purchased the premium version and are having transaction errors. We're losing money by the minute and when you contact support by phone, they are "in a meeting." I called twice and they were "in a meeting" for over three hours? Really? I sent in two emails and the person managing the Facebook Messenger contact tool can't do anything either. This is one of the worst support experiences I've had with a plugin for WordPress. And, you're stuck using it, because it's seemingly the only one, so they have no reason to be great. Very poor experience overall. And, there's no documentation. What documentation there is not actualy incorrect.

Without many setups, this plugin works perfectly. Easly and fast and for the final user, this is easy as well!

Works great

After updating everything but a couple of plugins that were next to impossible, I thought it was the NMI gateway plugin that was at fault. I contacted BNG and got an immediate response. WP had tagged the plugin as updated 8 months ago. I found that the plugin was only a couple of months old. It turned out to be a WooCommerce extension that was at fault. Once that was updated the NMI gateway plugin worked perfectly. BNG was very polite and helpful. It's a simple plugin that works very well. Great support too. Thank you, BNG, for showing others how support is "supposed" to work!
