It is **100% free** and **fully customizable** from the WordPress dashboard, with no code required. When clicked, it can: * Open a contact form (name, email, phone and message). The submitted data is emailed to the configured address and the visitor is redirected to WhatsApp with the message already filled in; or * Redirect the visitor straight to WhatsApp, with no form at all. Features: * Choose between a popup contact form or a direct WhatsApp redirect * WhatsApp number, destination email, messages and colors configurable from the dashboard * Button position (left or right), icon size, greeting bubble text size and popup title size * Title and text fonts chosen from dozens of Google Fonts, or type in the name of any other font * Option to display the title and/or greeting bubble text in uppercase * Additional CSS field for fine visual adjustments, no file editing required * Configurable display per device (desktop/mobile) * Settings organized into tabs (General / Appearance and Fonts) * Spam protection with honeypot field and WordPress nonces This plugin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner. ### Privacy * If a Google Fonts font is configured (title or text, under the Appearance tab), the plugin loads that font directly from Google’s servers (`fonts.googleapis. com`) when a visitor opens the site. This exposes the visitor’s IP address to Google, per [Google’s privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). If no font is configured, no request is made to Google. * Data submitted through the contact form (name, email, phone and message) is emailed to the address configured in the plugin. It is not stored in the WordPress database by the plugin. ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install the .zip file via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 2. Activate the plugin from the Plugins screen. 3. Go to Settings > WhatsApp Flutuante and configure the WhatsApp number, destination email and other options. ## FAQ ### The button doesn’t show up on the site Make sure the WhatsApp number is filled in under Settings > WhatsApp Flutuante. The button is only displayed once a number is configured. ### How do I skip the form and go straight to WhatsApp? Under Settings > WhatsApp Flutuante, set “Ação ao clicar no botão” (Click action) to “Ir direto para o WhatsApp” (Go straight to WhatsApp). ### Is this plugin paid? No, WOGO Chat Flutuante is 100% free, with no paid or limited features. ### Can I change how the button and form look? Yes. The “Aparência e Fontes” (Appearance and Fonts) tab lets you adjust color, sizes, fonts (Google Fonts) and uppercase text.
