The only thing that this "plugin" does is spamming your admin section with some plane stupid "OptIn" Ads.
Besides that, the author "programmed" a copy-and-paste-function of your existing contact form 7 shortcodes just to fake some functionality.
Such authors should be banned for lifetime.
