Works with High-Performance Order Storage and with the cart and checkout blocks. ### External services This plugin can validate EU VAT numbers using the European Commission VIES service ( https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/). The feature is disabled by default; when an administrator enables it, the VAT number entered by a customer at registration is sent to VIES. Install and activate WooCommerce. 2. Upload the plugin and activate it. 3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > B2B. ## FAQ ### Who sees the B2B prices? Only customers whose business account has been approved. A role added by hand to a pending or rejected user does not unlock prices. ### Does it work with page caching? Pages that show a B2B price tell caching plugins not to store them. Logged-in users are not cached by most plugins and hosts anyway. If you use a full-page cache that also caches logged-in users, check that B2B prices are not shown to visitors. ### Why is “sort by price” not accurate for business customers? WooCommerce sorts and filters by price using a table that holds the regular prices. For approved business customers the sort order and the price filter follow the regular prices, not their B2B prices. ### Can other plugins read the prices of products that are hidden? Prices are removed from the WooCommerce Store API, from the data printed in the page and from the product structured data. Plugins that build their own feeds or meta tags (SEO and product feed plugins) may need their own setting to leave prices out. ### What happens when I delete the plugin? Use “Delete” on the Plugins screen. This removes the plugin settings, the B2B prices saved on products and variations, and the cached VAT checks.
