Every byte of data created in the free version is stored in the same database tables and meta keys as WholesaleNode for WooCommerce Pro, so upgrading to Pro is seamless with zero migration or data loss. #### What’s Included (Free) **Wholesaler Role** A single `wholesaler` user role is created on activation. It inherits all WooCommerce customer capabilities so checkout and account pages work normally out of the box. **B2B Registration & Approval** Add extra fields (Company Name, Phone, VAT number, etc.) to the WooCommerce registration form using a drag-and-drop field builder in the admin. New registrations are held as Pending until an admin approves or rejects them from the Users screen. Email notifications are sent on registration and on each approval decision. **Hide Price for Guests** Hide product prices and the Add to Cart button from logged- out visitors sitewide. Choose a replacement message, a login redirect, or an inline login popup. Optionally show a Request a Quote button in place of the price. Override the setting per product from the product edit screen. **Product Visibility by Role** Restrict individual products to logged-in users only, or to Wholesalers only. Guests and users without the required role are redirected to a configurable page. Visibility is set per product from the product edit screen. **Basic Discount Rules** Apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount per product for the Wholesaler role. Rules can target all products, specific products, or a saved Product List. Rules are prioritised and managed from a simple admin table under WholesaleNode Discount Rules. **Product Lists** Create named collections of products by manual selection. Product Lists can be used as targets in Discount Rules and are stored in the same database table as Pro, so they carry over on upgrade. **Quote Request Form** Place the shortcode `[woowsn_quote_form]` on any page or post to display a quote request form. Customers can submit their name, email, phone, product, quantity, and a message. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active before activating this plugin. 2. Upload the ZIP file through the ‘Plugins > Add New > Upload’ screen in your WordPress dashboard. 3. Activate the plugin through **Plugins** in your WordPress admin. 4. Navigate to **WholesaleNode Settings** to enable features and configure options. 5. To view quote submissions, go to **WholesaleNode Quote Requests**. ## FAQ ### How do I approve or reject a new B2B registration? Go to **Users** in your WordPress admin. A **B2B Approval** column shows the status of each user. Use the quick-action links (Approve / Reject) inline in the user row, or filter by Pending using the status dropdown above the table. ### How do I add custom fields to the registration form? Go to **WholesaleNode Registration Form** and use the drag-and-drop field builder to add, reorder, and configure fields. Supported field types include text, email, phone, select, textarea, and checkbox. ### How do I display the quote request form? Add the shortcode `[woowsn_quote_form]` to any page or post. The form can also be set to appear automatically on single product pages from **WholesaleNode Settings Quotes**. ### Can I hide prices from specific user roles, not just guests? Role-based and rule-based hide-price targeting is available in WholesaleNode for WooCommerce Pro. ### Can I create tiered pricing based on quantity? Quantity-based and tiered pricing is available in WholesaleNode for WooCommerce Pro. ### Where are quote submissions stored? All submissions are stored in a dedicated database table and are visible under ** WholesaleNode Quote Requests** in the admin. They are not stored in WooCommerce orders. ### Can I upgrade without losing my data? Yes. WholesaleNode Pro uses the same database tables and settings as the free version.
