Instead of clicking into every order or hovering the preview icon, your team sees the products, quantities and key details right in the row. **What the column can show** * Products with quantities — e.g. `2× T-shirt (SKU-123)`, `1× Cap` * Product SKU, linked to the product edit screen * Variation attributes and product add-on / item meta * Product thumbnails (optional, size configurable) * A totals line: number of units, order total, and optionally total weight * Struck-through items when they have been fully refunded * A coloured badge on orders that contain products from categories you choose ( e.g. flag every order with a “Made to order” or “Hazardous” product) * “…and X more items” collapsing for large orders **Tools** * **Filter orders by product** — a product search box above the orders list that narrows the list to orders containing that product or any of its variations. Works under both classic and HPOS storage. **Settings** Everything is configurable under **WooCommerce Settings Order Summary**: column heading, column position, how many items to show, name length, which details to include, the category badge, and which order statuses the column renders for (for very large stores). **Compatible with** * WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the classic post storage * WooCommerce 6.5+ * PHP 7.2 – 8.4 The plugin is completely free and fully functional. Plugins Add New search for “Wexofy Order Summary Column”, Install, Activate. 2. Go to **WooCommerce Settings Order Summary** to configure it. 3. Open **WooCommerce Orders** — the new column appears automatically. ## FAQ ### Does it work with HPOS (custom order tables)? Yes. The column and the product filter both work whether your store uses HPOS or the classic post-based order storage. ### Will it slow down the orders screen? The column adds one order-items lookup per row. On very large stores you can restrict rendering to specific order statuses in the settings. The product filter uses a single indexed query and caches its result for one minute. ### Can I change what the column shows?
