This plugin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elementor. Instead of a fixed “property” or “car” data structure, you define your own post type and your own fields. You then design the listing card visually in Elementor using Dynamic Tags to pull in your field values, and the plugin handles AJAX filtering and pagination automatically based on the fields you created. #### Core Workflow 1. **Post Type** — create your own custom post type (Properties, Cars, Jobs, anything). 2. **Field Group** — add fields (Text, Number, Select, Textarea, Image) and assign the group to your post type using the Location Rule. 3. **Posts** — fill in your custom fields on the normal post edit screen. 4. **Elementor Card Template** — design a Saved Template for a single listing card, pulling in field values with Dynamic Tags. 5. **Listing Widget** — display your listings in a responsive grid using that card template. 6. **Filters Widget** — drop in a filter bar; fields from your Field Group appear automatically as search, select, checkbox, radio, or number range filters, with AJAX filtering and pagination. #### Features * Create unlimited custom post types without writing code * Field Groups with a Post Type location rule * Field types: Text, Number, Select, Textarea, Image * Custom fields appear directly on the post edit screen * Elementor Dynamic Tags: Field, Image Field, Listing Title, Listing Link, Featured Image * Use any Elementor Saved Template as a listing card * Listing widget with configurable columns and pagination * Filters widget: search, select/radio/checkbox filters, number range * AJAX filtering with no page reload * Fully responsive * Works for any listing type, no predefined “property” or “car” data included ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/wexlab-listings-filters` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress. 3. Make sure Elementor is installed and activated. 4. Go to WP Expert Lab > Post Types and create your first post type. 5. Go to WP Expert Lab > Field Groups, add your fields, and set the Location Rule to your new post type. 6. Build a listing card in Elementor > Templates > Saved Templates using Dynamic Tags > Wexlab Fields. 7. Add the Wexlab Listing widget and Wexlab Filters widget to any page. ## FAQ ### Is this plugin made by Elementor? No. Wexlab Listings & Filters is an independent third-party plugin created by WP Expert Lab. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Elementor in any way. ### Does this come with pre-built Property or Car listings? No. The plugin ships with no default data or predefined post types. You create exactly the post type and fields your project needs. ### Does this require Elementor Pro? No. Both widgets work with the free version of Elementor. ### Does filtering reload the page? No. Filtering runs over AJAX using your site’s own database; nothing is sent to an external service. ### Can I use shortcodes instead of widgets? Yes. `[wexlab_listing post_type="property" template="123" columns="3" id="my-listing"]` and `[wexlab_filters post_type="property" target="my-listing"]` are both available. ### What happens if I uninstall the plugin? By default your post types, field groups, and their data are kept.
