Installation

  1. Via WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New, Upload the lumia_slider.zip file
  2. Alternately, via FTP, upload lumia_slider directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  3. Activate the ‘Lumia Slider’ plugin after uploading or through WordPress Admin > Plugins

Usage

  1. Add and manage the slider through the ‘Lumia Slider’ menu in the WordPress admin area.
  2. To display Lumia Slider in the sidebar, go to ‘Widgets’ menu and drag the ‘WebLumia Slider ‘ into the desired widget area.
  3. Configure the ‘Lumia Slider’ to select quotes and display as needed.
  4. Use the [lumiaslider id=”{slider_id}”] shortcodes to display slider on a page or in a post.
  5. Read FAQ 1 for show_lumiaslider() theme functions usage.
