If you press “Submit & Deactivate”, your chosen reason, any details you typed, and the plugin version are sent to Volant Software’s feedback endpoint at volantsoftware.com. Your email address and your site URL are included** only if you tick the consent box**. Pressing “Skip & Deactivate” (or closing the form) sends nothing. Install and activate WooCommerce. 2. Install and activate Volant B2B Manager. 3. Create a page containing the `[volant_b2b_bom]` shortcode and another containing`[ volant_b2b_orders]`. 4. Open **Volant B2B Manager** in wp-admin: create your roles, assign homepages, pick your brand color. The dashboard’s status cards confirm each step as you complete it. ## FAQ ### Does it work with my theme? Yes. The frontend uses self-contained styles that inherit your theme’s fonts, and every accent follows the Brand Color setting. ### What exactly are the free limits? There are none: unlimited parts lists, unlimited items per list, and unlimited custom roles. Pro adds separate features (net terms, category access, stock visibility, kits, stats, layouts); every Pro screen in the admin is a readable preview, never blurred. ### Do the roles it creates have special permissions? No. Roles created here are exact permission clones of the standard WooCommerce customer. They are labels for your pricing and access rules — never extra powers. ### Can the bulk assigner touch administrator accounts? No, structurally. Anyone who can edit content (admins, editors, authors) is excluded from its search results and from its assignment path, and you can never reassign your own account. ### What happens to my data if I uninstall? Settings and lists are removed only if you opted into cleanup. Custom roles are always retired safely: their members are moved to Customer first. ### Is it compatible with HPOS and the Blocks checkout? Yes, compatibility is declared and tested for both. ### Does the plugin send any data anywhere? No telemetry and no account requirement. The single exception is opt-in: if you deactivate the plugin, an optional feedback form appears, and your answer is sent to volantsoftware.com only if you tick the consent box and submit.
