This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to your Vixie account. ### What shoppers can do * **Upload and crop on any device.** Shoppers add photos from their phone or computer and crop them to your size. The frame shows exactly what wraps around the edge. * **Pick a filter.** Black and white, vivid and more, previewed live. * **Add names and dates.** Shoppers type straight onto the photo, then pick a font, colour, outline or shadow. It prints exactly where they put it. * **Remove the background** of a photo in one tap. * **See their design in the cart.** Each personalized cart line shows the shopper’s design. ### What you get * **Print-ready orders.** Once WooCommerce confirms an order, it drops into your Vixie Print Queue with a print-ready file for every item. Pick your paper and print. * **Sheets sized for your press.** Cut lines and edge text are already in place. The editor script loads on the product pages of products you link in Vixie, and on every store page while a cart holds a personalized item, so the cart can show the design. It sends Vixie the shopper’s design choices. When you connect, you give Vixie a read and write REST API key through WooCommerce’s own approval screen. Vixie uses it to read your products and orders, mark the products you link, and create order webhooks, which send each order’s customer name, email, phone and addresses. Vixie also checks for missed orders every few minutes. Deactivating or uninstalling sends Vixie a signed notice with your store’s address. Install and activate the plugin. It needs WooCommerce 8.8 or later, and your store must be served over HTTPS. 2. Go to **WooCommerce Vixie** and click **Connect to Vixie**. Sign in to Vixie, then approve access on the WooCommerce screen that follows. You can also start from **Settings Integrations** in Vixie. 3. In Vixie, link the products your shoppers can personalize. A linked product shows the editor on its product page. ## FAQ ### Can I try it before I install it? Yes. Our [demo store](https://wooshop.vectai.co/) runs this plugin. Open a product, upload a photo and design an item the way your shoppers will. ### Do I need a Vixie account? Yes. The plugin connects your store to Vixie, where you set up the products shoppers can personalize and where their orders are printed. ### Does it work with block themes and the Cart and Checkout blocks? Yes. It works with classic and block themes, the shortcode and block cart and checkout, and High-Performance Order Storage. ### What happens when I deactivate the plugin? The plugin tells Vixie, which disconnects your store and removes its webhooks. Your product links come back when you reconnect. ### What happens when I delete the plugin? The plugin also deletes the REST API key it gave Vixie. If Vixie can’t be reached at that moment, or WooCommerce is turned off, the plugin keeps the key and Vixie’s webhooks, so Vixie still receives your orders. Disconnect the store in Vixie, then delete the key under **WooCommerce Settings Advanced REST API**. A staging copy of your site keeps them too. ### I made a staging copy of my site. Will its orders reach Vixie? No. The plugin notices when a copy of your site runs at a different address and stops it sending orders to Vixie, so test orders on a staging copy never reach your print queue.
