Like I said, it’s a great solution but they have to improve verification process & persons who made the verification and give a little training to the live support. Why? Because with the current “mechanism”, they will not get anywhere. For the sake of comparation, on a competitor of this company, I was verified right away (in a matter of hours) with the same papers/documents. Initial review Could be a good solution but is useless if they can’t even approve an account. All the docs were uploaded (like Business Certificate, CONSTATATOR certificate, VAT certificate and so on) 3 TIMES, in BOTH format, pdf and jpg/jpeg and they were rejected every time. I even tried live chat 2 times and no luck (NO they are NOT scans, xerox, printscreen, etc.).
