Once we contacted support we created a temporary admin for HUGE_IT to log into our WordPress account to investigate the issue. They were able to quickly asses the issue was that Safari had disabled the auto play feature for all websites and needed to manually be changed in the preferences panel of Safari. HUGE_IT was quick to respond and the level of professionalism they exhibited was phenomenal. There’s a place to add the URL of a video, as well as place to add the title, and a place to upload a thumbnail. Next to the place to add the URL of a video, there is a button to add add the video. (I can’t remember the text that is on the button.) There is no other button in the pop-up. No problems with compatability but it seems to work best with MP4 videos as I had problems with uploading other video types eg mov. You can manually change display order by Drag and drop the section in update. Disadvantage: No ASC & DESC option for display and update. Unable to auto expanding the title name to second line if it is too long for Responsive purpose. Other than that I like it.
