See [cs-vibe.com](https://www.cs-vibe.com/#pricing). ### External services This plugin connects your site to VibeCS, an AI customer support service, which provides the chat bubble and its answers. * **What loads:** once you save a snippet, every public page loads the chat script from `https://cs-vibe.com/widget/v1.js`. Nothing loads before that, and nothing loads in the admin area. * **What is sent, and when:** when the script loads, it sends VibeCS your site ID, the page’s address and host name, so your dashboard can show the widget is installed. When a visitor sends a message, the conversation so far, your site’s address, the bot’s tone, the page address and a random conversation ID are sent to VibeCS to produce an answer. If the visitor chooses to leave their email in the chat, the email is sent to VibeCS and forwarded to you. These requests go to VibeCS’s servers at `rjemdztxurihxomyjwnv.supabase.co`. * **What is not sent:** the plugin sends nothing about your WordPress users, your admin area or your settings. Install the plugin from **Plugins Add Plugin** and activate it. 2. Go to **Settings VibeCS Chat** and click **Set up VibeCS for this site**. 3. Copy your snippet from the Embed step of the VibeCS dashboard, paste it into the settings page and save. ## FAQ ### Do I need a VibeCS account? You can try the bot on your site without one. To show the chat bubble on your site you need a paid VibeCS plan; the snippet comes from the dashboard after you pick one. ### Does it read my posts? Yes. VibeCS reads your public pages and posts, so an article you wrote last year can become an answer today. Pages behind a login are not read. ### What happens when the bot doesn’t know an answer? It turns the question into a lead. The bot says it doesn’t know instead of guessing, and on Pro it offers to take the visitor’s email and sends it to you with their question, so you can reply. Either way the question shows up in your Monday summary, so you can add the answer to your site. ### Will it slow down my site? No. The script loads asynchronously at the end of the page and the chat itself runs on VibeCS’s servers. ### Can I turn the bubble off without losing my setup? Yes. Untick **Show the chat bubble on my site** and save. Your snippet stays saved. ### I build sites for clients. Is there a plan for that? Yes. The Agency plan covers up to 20 client sites for $49 a month, shows no VibeCS badge, and can send each client their own leads. Install this plugin on each client site and paste that site’s snippet.
