Why External Processing Is Required

Inventory forecasting requires analyzing historical sales patterns, trends, and seasonality. This processing is performed on Verve AI’s secure servers to ensure accuracy and performance without impacting your WordPress site.

Data Transmitted to Verve AI

The following store data may be transmitted securely:

• Store domain and basic store settings (currency, timezone)
• Product data (titles, SKUs, prices, inventory levels)
• Historical order data (order dates, quantities, line items)

No customer personal data (such as customer names, emails, addresses, payment details, or passwords) is transmitted or stored.

When Data Is Transmitted

• During initial store connection (OAuth authentication)
• During product and order synchronization (manual or automated)
• When generating forecasts or accessing the dashboard

Data Retention

Store data is retained while your Verve AI account is active.
If you disconnect your store or delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
