## Description

VADware Reviews lets visitors leave star-rated testimonials on your site and gives
you a complete admin workflow to moderate them before they go live.

Add the widget with the `[vadware_reviews]` shortcode or the **VADware Reviews**
block — no coding required.

#### Front end

 * Continuous auto-play marquee, or a paged grid with previous/next arrows
 * Compact modal form for visitors: name, star rating, comment, optional photo
 * Rating summary (average + total count) shown above the widget
 * Fully responsive, keyboard accessible

#### Moderation

 * New reviews stay pending until approved (or auto-approve them in Settings)
 * Search, filter (status/rating), sort, and bulk-approve/unapprove/trash from the
   All Reviews screen
 * Soft-delete: trashed reviews are recoverable for 7 days before permanent removal
 * Dashboard widget with at-a-glance stats and one-click moderation
 * Email notification on every new submission, with a fully customizable HTML template
   and a one-click “Send test email” button to verify delivery

#### SEO

 * Optional Schema.org / JSON-LD structured data (SoftwareApplication or Product),
   so approved reviews are eligible for star rich results in Google search — without
   exposing them as self-serving business/organization reviews, which Google explicitly
   excludes from the star snippet

#### Developer friendly

 * Translation-ready (all strings run through the standard WordPress i18n functions)
 * Optional full cleanup on uninstall (reviews, settings, uploaded photos, and scheduled
   events), off by default so nothing is ever deleted by accident
 * No external services, no tracking, no phone-home requests

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin files to `/wp-content/plugins/vadware-reviews`, or install the
    plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
 3. Add the `[vadware_reviews]` shortcode to any page or post, or insert the “VADware
    Reviews” block from the block editor.
 4. Configure display, moderation, notifications, and SEO options under **Reviews  
    Settings**.

## FAQ

### Do I need to approve reviews manually?

By default, yes — new reviews stay pending until you approve them from **Reviews
All Reviews** or the Dashboard widget. You can turn on auto-approve under **Settings
Submissions** if you’d rather publish immediately.

### Can visitors upload a photo with their review?

Yes, optionally. You can disable photo uploads or set a maximum file size under **
Settings  Submissions**.

### What happens when I delete a review?

Deleted reviews move to Trash and stay recoverable for 7 days before being permanently
removed, so an accidental delete can always be undone.

### Will star ratings show up in Google search results?

The plugin can output structured data (Schema.org/JSON-LD) that makes approved reviews
eligible for a star rich result in Google Search, marked up as a software application
or product. Whether Google actually displays it is entirely up to Google’s own algorithm
and policies — the plugin cannot guarantee it.

### Does this plugin track or send data anywhere external?

No. All data (reviews, settings) is stored in your own WordPress database. The plugin
makes no external requests.

### What happens to my reviews if I delete the plugin?

Nothing, by default. Deleting the plugin leaves your reviews and settings in the
database untouched, so reinstalling it later picks up right where you left off. 
If you actually want everything permanently removed when the plugin is deleted, 
turn on “Delete data on uninstall” under **Settings  Advanced** first – it’s off
by default so this never happens by accident.

 * Removed an unused, unreachable code path on the Trash screen (a leftover GET-

 * The rate-limit IP hash no longer uses wp_salt() as its seed; it now uses a dedicated
