Hide specific products and categories from the frontend, keeping your catalog focused on what you want customers to see. #### Features * Global exclusions: select categories and products to hide from all visitors. * Subcategories of a hidden category, and all products in them, are hidden too. * Product search in the settings, using the standard WooCommerce product search field. * Hidden items are removed from shop pages, category archives, search results, related products, up-sells, cross-sells, widgets, the [products] shortcode, navigation menus and sitemaps. * Works with WooCommerce blocks: Product Collection, All Products, Product Categories and the Cart/Checkout blocks. * Hidden products cannot be added to the cart, and are removed from carts that already contain them. * Visitors who open a hidden product or category by direct URL are redirected to the shop page. ### WC Compatibility * HPOS Compatible: Yes * Cart/Checkout Blocks Compatible: Yes ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/twincart-hide-selected-categories- products` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. Configure settings under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Hide Categories/Products. ## FAQ ### Does this plugin require WooCommerce? Yes. WooCommerce must be installed and active for this plugin to work. ### Who sees the hidden categories and products? Hiding applies to all visitors of the storefront. The items stay available in the WordPress admin. ### What happens to hidden products that are already in a customer’s cart?
