If you set minimum order amount, then it will compare with current cart/order subtotal. Or else, it just add discount to all orders. Upload the entire _woocommerce-discount-option_ folder to the _/wp-content/plugins/_ directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Go to WooCommerce Settings panel at left sidebar menu and update the options at Tab _Discount Option_ there. 4. That’s it.
