FAQ

Where do I find my TripIt Blog Badge ID?

Your can find your Badge ID in the ‘Settings’ -> ‘Publish Your Data’ menu of your TripIt home page. Once the Blog Badge has been activated TripIt will provide you with a code snippet to insert the badge into your site. It will look something like the following.

<div id="tripit-badge"><script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.tripit.com/account/badge/id/15C7F8E054C1388177DFDE35A8BD0720/div_id/tripit-badge/badge.js"></script></div>

All you need to do is copy and paste the id tag portion (’15C7F8E054C1388177DFDE35A8BD0720′ in this example) into the space provided within the widget settings panel.

I got my TripIt Blog Badge working but now it has disappeared?

Check http://www.tripit.com/ if TripIt is performing site maintainence then your TripIt Blog Badge will cease to work until the site comes back online.

I have followed the instructions and it still doesn’t work, what do I do?
