Tramora gives approved resellers lower prices that grow with the quantity they buy, and it keeps your retail prices untouched for everyone else. **What you get** * **Quantity tiers.** For example 10 % off from 5 units and 20 % off from 12 units, or a fixed price per unit from 24 units. Each tier is a percentage off or a fixed unit price. * **Rules for the whole store, a category or one product.** For each product, the most specific rule that gives a discount wins: product first, then category ( a rule on a parent category covers its sub-categories), then the whole store. * **Choose what counts toward a tier.** Each cart line on its own, all lines of the same product (every size and color of a variable product), or all the units in the cart. * **Order minimums.** A minimum number of units and/or a minimum amount for resellers. Either block the checkout and say exactly what is missing, or let them buy at list prices. The block cannot be bypassed from the block checkout or by sending the order straight to the Store API. * **Reseller applications.** Put the shortcode `[tramora_application_form]` on any page. Visitors send their details, you approve or reject from WooCommerce > Wholesale prices > Applications. Approving creates the customer account if needed, gives the wholesale role and e-mails the person. * **Price table on the product page** for resellers, so they see every tier before they add to the cart. * **Coupons are not combined with wholesale prices** unless you allow it in the settings. * Works with the classic cart and checkout and with the cart and checkout blocks. Compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). **How wholesale prices are calculated** The price is calculated once on the server, in the cart, so it is the same in the classic cart, the block cart, the mini cart and the checkout. Your product prices are never rewritten and your retail customers never see a change. Order minimums are checked on list prices, before any wholesale discount. **Privacy** The application form stores the name, e-mail address, business name, phone number and message that the visitor types, so you can decide and answer. Nothing is sent to the plugin authors and the plugin makes no requests to other sites. It suggests a text for your privacy policy in the WordPress policy guide and works with the WordPress personal data export and erase tools. The form uses no cookies and no tracking. To limit spam, a salted hash of the visitor’s IP address is kept for one hour. **En español: precios mayoristas para WooCommerce** Vende por mayor y por menor desde la misma tienda. Install and activate WooCommerce, then this plugin. 2. Go to WooCommerce > Wholesale prices and add a rule, for example “The whole store, 10 % off from 5 units”. 3. Give the “Wholesale customer” role to your resellers from the Users screen, or let them apply with the form and approve them. 4. Log in as a reseller to see the wholesale prices on the product pages and in the cart. ## FAQ ### Do my retail customers see anything different? No. Wholesale prices only apply to logged in customers who have the “Wholesale customer” role. Visitors and other customers see and pay your normal prices. ### Which rule wins when several apply to a product? The most specific level that gives a discount at the quantity in the cart: product, then category, then store. Inside one level, the rule that gives the biggest discount wins. ### How is a fixed price tier handled? A fixed price tier sets the price per unit. It never raises a price above the normal price and never goes below zero. Enter it on the same basis as your catalog prices( with or without tax, as your WooCommerce tax settings say). ### Does it work with variable products? Yes. Rules on a product apply to all its variations, and you can count the quantities of every variation together. The price table on the product page is shown for simple products, because each variation can have its own price; resellers see the wholesale price of a variation in the cart. ### Can a reseller use a coupon? Not by default: when a reseller already gets a wholesale price, coupons are refused with a clear message. Tick “Allow coupons on top of wholesale prices” in the settings to change it. ### What happens if a reseller is below the minimum? You choose in the settings: block the checkout (the cart and the checkout say what is missing) or sell at list prices. ### Does it work with the cart and checkout blocks? Yes. The wholesale price shows struck-through list price and savings in the block cart, and the minimum is enforced by the Store API as well. ### Which languages are supported? The plugin is written in English and is ready for translation. Translations are managed on translate.wordpress.org. ### I changed the number of price decimals in WooCommerce. What now? Fixed prices and minimum amounts are stored in the smallest currency unit of the number of decimals you had when you saved them. If you change the number of decimals later, open your rules and settings and enter those amounts again. ### What is deleted when I delete the plugin? The rules, the applications, the settings, temporary data and the wholesale role. People who only had the wholesale role become regular customers.
