Form submissions are stored in a plugin- owned database table and can be reviewed from the WordPress admin area. Site owners should update their privacy policy and retention practices as appropriate for their site. ### Uninstallation Uninstalling the plugin removes its settings and its plugin-owned contact message table, including stored submissions. Export or retain any messages you need before uninstalling. ## Installation 1. Upload the `toolxon-contact-form-lite` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin ZIP from **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**. 2. Activate **ToolXON Contact Form Lite** from the **Plugins** screen. 3. Go to **Settings > Contact Form** and configure the form. 4. Add `[toolxon_contact_form]` to a page, post, widget, or shortcode-compatible block. 5. View submitted messages under **Tools > Contact Messages**. ## FAQ ### Where are submissions stored? Submissions are stored in a custom table using the active WordPress database prefix and are visible under **Tools > Contact Messages**. ### Where are email notifications sent? Notifications are sent to the WordPress `admin_email` address when a form submission is received. ### Does the plugin send submitted data to ToolXON? No. The plugin does not include a ToolXON remote API or remote analytics service for form submissions. ### Can I add custom fields? Yes.
