## Description

Manage personal tasks and to-do lists inside your WordPress dashboard. TickTagGO
brings its lavender workspace to each signed-in user’s existing WordPress account.
No additional TickTagGO account, payment, API key or companion plugin is needed.

The interface is rendered directly in the WordPress admin page using PHP and bundled
JavaScript and styles. It does not embed an internal or remote page in an iframe.

 * Create and switch between boards using tabs. Rename boards and delete empty boards.
 * Organize tasks in two to six configurable stages; drag cards, use a touch grip
or use Alt and arrow keys to move them.
 * Use a board, a task list, an archive or a monthly calendar.
 * Quickly add tasks, or edit titles, descriptions, due dates and priorities in
   the detailed editor.
 * Format notes with bold, italic and text color. Add checklists, completion marks,
   labels and dated comments.
 * Search task text across boards, including notes, descriptions, checklists and
comments. Filter by labels and deadlines.
 * Duplicate, archive, restore and permanently delete tasks with confirmation. Undo
and redo edits in the current session; permanent deletion clears that task from
   undo history.
 * Retain view, search, calendar month, scroll and display-size preferences.
 * Optionally keep the workspace on top in browsers that support Document Picture-
in-Picture. The standard dashboard remains available in other browsers.
 * Save password-encrypted .ticktaggo backups in the new TWBK v1 format. Import
new backups or legacy .donext DNX1 files. Choose to add boards or replace the
   workspace.
 * Use bundled interfaces in 13 languages, including Arabic right-to-left layout.
The WordPress user’s language selects the interface.

All included features are free. There is no genre-count quota, payment, license
check or upgrade required to add boards.

Each signed-in user manages their own workspace, including subscribers. This is
personal task management; team boards, assignments and live collaboration are not
provided. HTTPS (or localhost for local testing) is required for browser cryptography
and task identifiers.

#### Privacy and storage

Tasks and view preferences are saved in this site’s WordPress database, associated
with the current user’s ID. Reading and saving tasks sends data to this site. The
plugin does not encrypt this database data. Site administrators, database operators
and backup owners may have access. There is no developer telemetry or transmission
of task data to the developer.

Password-protected .ticktaggo files use a versioned TWBK v1 container with an authenticated
header. Files are encrypted in the browser with PBKDF2-SHA256 (600,000 iterations)
and AES-256-GCM. File passwords are not sent to the server or stored permanently.
Losing the password means the encrypted file cannot be recovered by this plugin.
Importing a decrypted file saves its tasks to the site’s database. New backups cannot
be opened in older DoNext apps.

Google Drive is an optional manual file destination: export a .ticktaggo file, upload
it yourself, then download/import it elsewhere. TickTagGO does not connect to the
Drive API or provide automatic synchronization. Files uploaded by you are handled
by that service.

Deactivation and plugin removal preserve task data. “Delete all my task data” clears
your live task payload and preferences; a user ID, version token and timestamp remain
to reject stale saves. WordPress personal-data erasure removes the entire plugin
record for that user. WordPress user deletion also removes their live workspace.
Existing server backups and exported files are managed separately.

A save is limited to 2 MiB and 5,000 tasks total; the supported schema accepts 500
labels. These resource bounds do not have a paid unlock. Unknown future fields and
floating-panel coordinates are not retained. DNX2 device recovery files cannot be
imported; export DNX1 with a password in the original DoNext app first.

## Installation

 1. Open Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin in WordPress.
 2. Select ticktaggo-task-manager-1.2.1.zip, install it and activate TickTagGO Task
    Manager.
 3. Sign in with your own WordPress account and open TickTagGO in the admin menu.
 4. Select a board tab, add a task and wait for “Saved to WordPress”.
 5. Use Settings to export encrypted copies or import a .ticktaggo or legacy .donext
file. Export your existing tasks before replacing the workspace.

When moving from DoNext Task Manager 1.1.2 on the same site, export a backup, deactivate
DoNext, then install and activate TickTagGO. Existing per-user workspaces are retained
in the same database table. No task data is copied to another owner. Do not use
both interfaces at the same time. To return to the previous plugin, deactivate TickTagGO
and reactivate the preserved DoNext plugin; the server workspace remains available.

This release is intended for individual WordPress sites. Network-wide activation
and multisite-wide privacy processing have not been validated.

## FAQ

### Can subscribers use it?

Yes. A WordPress account with the read capability can open TickTagGO and manage
its own tasks. Site administrators control account creation and site access.

### Are tasks private from site administrators?

Users are separated in the plugin UI and API. The site’s database is not encrypted
by this plugin, so administrators and database/backup operators may have access.

### Can I use several devices?

Sign in to the same WordPress account on this site to load saved tasks. Changes
are not pushed live to already-open tabs. A stale save is rejected; export a copy
and reload if a conflict appears.

### What happens if saving fails?

Keep the page open, export an encrypted copy if needed and retry from Settings.
For an expired session or a conflict, export a copy before signing in again or reloading.
Unsaved edits live only in the open page.

### Can I transfer data from DoNext Web or Chrome?

Yes, using password-protected DNX1 files. Import adds boards within the workspace
resource bounds, or replaces the current workspace after confirmation. Notes, labels,
comments, priorities and checklists in the known version-1 format are retained and
editable.

### What format does TickTagGO export?

TickTagGO exports .ticktaggo files in the TWBK v1 authenticated container format.
Older .donext DNX1 files can be imported for migration. New backups require an application
that supports TWBK v1; renaming the extension does not make them compatible with
older apps.

### What happens when I uninstall?

Task data is retained. Delete your workspace or use WordPress privacy erasure before
removing the plugin if you want to remove live data. Backups and downloaded files
need separate deletion.
