That’s it — SyncTec takes it from there. All syncing runs on SyncTec’s servers, so your WordPress site stays fast. ### External services This plugin connects this site to SyncTec (https://synctec.io), a separate multistore inventory sync service, so that product, inventory, and order data can be synchronised between this WooCommerce store and the merchant’s Shopify store(s). This connection is not optional — it is this plugin’s entire purpose — but nothing is sent until the merchant explicitly clicks **Continue to SyncTec** or **Connect WooCommerce** in the SyncTec screen under wp-admin. What is sent, and when: * When you click **Continue to SyncTec**, this site’s domain and site title are sent to SyncTec’s application, so you can register or log in and be redirected back here. [https://app.synctec.io](https://app.synctec.io) * When you click **Connect WooCommerce**, a WooCommerce REST API consumer key and secret (generated locally by this plugin) are sent to SyncTec’s API, so SyncTec’s servers can read and write products, inventory, and orders on this store.
